Scope of Work
Was completed to perfection by Danbury Painting and Team. It Consisted of loads of compound application, Sanding Priming and Painting of virtually every Room in the house. It is Located on King St. in Danbury, CT. This page was made to show case our work on this particular project and more importantly in rebuttal to Disprove His Negative/ Dishonest Yelp Review.
Homeowner
Homeowner both man and woman were arguing in front of me the day the project was to begin. Both homeowners were at THE MOHEGAN SUN CASINO when project was being completed. On the day of their Arrival Male Homeowner was very Disgruntled and We think he lost at the casino. Then He and She refused to pay final balance and wrote a DISHONEST negative review on Yelp.
Problems with Other Painting Contractors
Prior to any work performed project was professionally prepped and we made sure of that because on the first day we ever met the Male homeowner expressed his disatisfaction with the work performed by a previous painting company on the exterior of his house. ( which to us looked fine )
Inspection by Sherwin Williams Representives
This Project was inspected by the Local Sherwin Williams Representative and The Sherwin Williams District Representative. A detailed walk through was provided by Danbury Painting and Passed Quality Inspection. This inspection took place because of the previous problems with other painting contractors. We wanted to make sure a second and third pair of eyes were on it prior to turn over to home owner.
Tasks
The Following are the Tasks that were performed on this project by Danbury Painting and Crew. All Crew have been working with Danbury Painting for over 1 year and are Not random People. Also given the magnitude of this particular project we installed paper floor covering to all floors and Laid Tarps over the paper.
Second Floor Consisted of 3 Bedrooms including a Master Bedroom, Bathroom, Hallway and Staircase.
Second Floor Tasks
- Removal of old Baseboard Trim, Door Molding, Window Molding of the Entire upstairs 3 Bedrooms, Hallway, Bathroom
- Installation of new of New Base Molding, Trim and Door Molding.
- Caulking and Filler applied to all New Molding
- 3 Coats of Painting using Sherwin Williams Pro- Classic Paint.
- Compounding of all Seams to a Level 3, Leveling all walls and Filling in all Imperfections.
- Sanding, Priming all Compound Work Previously Applied.
- Painting of All Ceilings 2 Full Coats using Sherwin Williams Duration Flat White
- Painting of all Walls Multiple Custom Colors Using Sherwin Williams Emerald Matte
- Full Sanding and Painting of Bathroom Floor using Sherwin Williams Floor Enamel.
- Painting of all Doors Using Pro Classic Paint
- Final Painting of All Base/ Trim previously Installed.
First Floor work consisted of a lot of compound application priming and painting
First Floor Scope and Tasks
- Over 32 Hours of Compound application on Rooms including Living Room, Large Den, Office, Bathroom, Kitchen, Sun Room, Laundry Room.
- All Compound was Sanded Smooth using a Drywall Sander and HEPA Vacuum.
- Primed all Previously Compounded.
- All Ceilings were Painted 2-3 Coats Sherwin Williams Flat White
- Den and Living Room were compounded 10 extra hours ordered by Home Owner but never Paid for.
- All walls were painted 2-3 Custom Colors using Sherwin Williams Emerald Paint Matte.
- Prior to work ALL floors were paper taped and tarped off prior to working.
